Ongoing Activities

Considering the present situation, we have realised following needs, and have started working towards it.

  1. Pool of writers to help visually challenged students write their exams across India.

  2. Research about the works that can be made available for less educated or uneducated blind people as a part of our program for employment to the visually challenged.

  3. Devotional musical albums by blind people to promote their ability in music:
Currently work is on to produce an album of Jain Stotras, under the guidance of Jain Guru, Param Pujya Shri. Devendra Sagarji Maharaj.

  4. Complete educational sponsorships for the Blind:
Our observations have revealed a very painful truth, that, most blinds in India fail to pursue higher education or are deprived of opportunities to take specialized courses on account of lack of funds or on account of step treatment by family. To change this scenario, Drishti Foundaion has started a scheme by the name of Sampoorna Shiksha.Sampoorna Shiksha aims at extending complete financial support to the students for their higher education. Currently, search is on to bring shelter to first eleven students under this umbrella.
